REVIEW : KETOPRAK

Ketoprak is Indonesian food
the composition of the rice cake, noodles (usually corn noodles), blanch mung bean sprouts, and were given peanut sauce eaten with prawn crackers.

- The rice cake made from rice wrapped in leaves and boiled in water with the composition 1: 3
- The sauce made from peanuts fried and mashed with brown sugar, salt, garlic and chilli
- In the end of  the project is adding soy sauce
